靚仔皮膚科學家之獨門養生法

Wake up in the morning:
-takes a glass of mineral water with Vitamin C. (empty stomach)

Morning: face washing - basic skin care

Breakfast: soya milk, toast, boiled egg, with Vitamin E and Q10.

During work: green tea

During day time while going out: take umbrella and walk in the shadow.

Lunch: soya milk, mixed fruits, green salad.

After lunch: walking for 5 mins and meditation for 1 min. (close eyes, deep breathe, stretch spine)

During work: black coffee (contains minerals) and mineral water.

After work: stretching exercise for 3 mins.

Dinner: seaweed/miso soup, bean curd, pink salmon, salad with vinegar.

Bath time: slightly exfoliation by towel (removing old cells) and facial massage for 2 mins.

Night time: skin care treatment

Before bedtime: stretching exercises for 3 mins, listen to relaxing music (soothing the physical and mental stress)

Sleep: at regular time

I could NEVER afford this. I wonder if metropolitans could afford this too....

Cuiyao,this guy is a Japanese, at mid-40s but the skin texture is very good...

He is an scientist on skin care products' R&D and his regular sleep period is from 02:00 a.m. to 06:00 a.m..

Only 4 hours per day! For me no la...my skin will be spoiled....

And he applied a lot of Pitera on his face that I can't afford too...
